Before proceeding, please take notice:
1. Supplied wafers for processing should be unused.
2. If the wafers are in an opened container (i.e. not new), you must request a 'wafer clean' process. An additional charge will be added to the service request account for cleaning.
3. Any billing questions should be directed to Dr. James Zhou.
4. Oxidation and Deposition processes are not guaranteed to be completed within a week, though this is our goal. Please plan accordingly.
5. NOTE : You will need a printer to complete the request process. If your current PC is not connected to a printer, please move to a computer with a printer before you continue. Thank you.
6. Errors in this submission process should be submitted to Kimsey Pollard at kimsey.pollard@mirc.gatech.edu.
