Piranha Cleaning Process

1. Add 100mL of H202 (hydrogen peroxide) to the 120C sulfuric acid bath (3 gallons) just before cleaning the wafers. This mixture is called "piranha" and is sufficient to clean 2 cassettes filled with wafers.
2. Immerse wafers in hot piranha for 10 minutes.
3. Standard rinse/spin.
